The Rodenbach Mountain Bike race has a long tradition of excellence and family enjoyment in the Ramstein area.  For the past several years, it's been a part of the USFE Series in conjunction with Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation.  This year it will remain part of the series but Ramstein will take over as the American partner.

In addition to the German-American race for adults, kids races are offered as well.  The TV Rodenbach makes a great effort to create a family atmosphere that we are certain you will enjoy!

Registration:  All participants must register for the race through the TV Rodenbach web site.  They have information posted both in German and English.   The preregistration price (by 6 Jul) is EURO 12 and on race day is EURO 15.  Entry includes an event t-shirt.  Americans will be entered in the overall German-American race and will be eligible for prizes in the overall event as well as separate awards for the U.S. Forces Europe. 

Eligibility: U.S. ID-card holders assigned to Europe or TDY to Europe for 30 days or more. Please inquire about specific eligibility rules if you need clarification.

Start Procedures:  No Mass Start!  Three racers start every minute and a time is calculated for each rider to determine final standings. 

Helmets are mandatory!
